Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our fabrics and haberdashery accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. All prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

Fabric Orders and Cutting

Our fabrics are sold by the metre or as pre-cut fat quarters. When you order fabric by the metre, it is cut specifically to your requested length. Please ensure your measurements are correct before finalizing your order, as custom-cut lengths represent a personalized service and cannot be easily restocked.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your craft supplies. Our return policy depends on the nature of the items purchased:

• Cut Fabrics: Because fabrics by the metre are cut specifically to your order, we cannot accept returns on these items unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
• Haberdashery and Pre-packaged Items: Unopened threads, trims, tools, and other pre-packaged sewing supplies may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, resalable condition.
• Faulty Goods: If you receive an item that is damaged or flawed, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
